I cant import and edit any audio, only record bah bah First thing said on the info is that it supports audio mort from the in app open function, whatever that means :/

The FX are good and even the build/in mic sounds quite ok with it. But you cannot play any music in the background while you record. So its just for acapella- or single-instrument-recordings. This makes the app completely useless for me.

Good App. It does what they say it does, but it has a big flaw. You can turn it off only by disabling it in the recently used applications on my iPhone. Something like this as I was instructed to do by one of the IK guys: - double-click on the Home button of your mobile device to view the most recently used applications - Touch and hold the application icon until it begins to wiggle, then tap - (minus symbol) - click the Home button to stop the apps wiggling - click again the Home button to exit the view of the recently used applications. Well, I really think that this App should have a Turn Off button or something. I`m sure that this is going to be integrated soon enough, because...this is too big of a flaw. Good App though.

App does absolutely nothing. I went to music school, I know. Whatever you do, Do, Not, Buy! Thank you

This is a great little app for recording sound. My only request for improvement would be that it supported Bluetooth head phones while recording. This would cut down on wires shuffling around.

Nice recording quality, love the mic sensitivity control But the scrubbing bar in the app does not work at all. I emailed the developer about the issue. They replies it will be fixed in the next update coming out "soon". Thats all fine and dandy but that was months ago now?!! Brutal guys.

I bought the irig cast mic and thought this would go well with it. I think I was wrong. It appears that if you tape a concert, you cant divide tracks, only "crop" one single file which is insanity. You think this would have more features like cut, copy, split. Im empty inside after buying this.

I purchased and installed this app on my iPhone 4 and iPad 3gen, both with the latest o/s. i made test recordings which was straightforward. However, on both devices the app couldnt be stopped as after exiting there remained a red notice bar indicating it was still active. I deleted the app from both devices.

This app works great on my ipad (3?) & iPhone 5 Its resourse intense so you shouldvprobably forget it on older devices.

I have just purchased the full version hoping to get rid of the ads. Why do I still get ads in the app?

I like their hardware and this little app. they record beautiful sound. I really hate how they try to sell you the software. They made many other apps besides this one but each apps offers many software variants or in-app purchase just to confuse the buyers. if you are not being careful, you will end up paying more than you should. I paid their in-app upgrade to export wav only to find out there is a full version IRig Recorder at bundle price. I waste my $ paying the in-app purchase. It seems their software business is to confuse users and trying to earn your money when you don’t pay full attention. Money grabber.

1 ) Universal app. 2) Ability to remotely control a second IOS device, i.e., with app installed on iPhone and iPad, can start / stop recording on second device, via Bluetooth or personal hotspot.

When the phone falls asleep or gets shut off or leaves the app the audio stops! Please fix! The old version didnt

This is a great recorder especially if used in conjunction with the iRig Mic which I am. However, the experience is spoiled by the constant reminders to buy the mic I already own. Why are there ads on a purchased app anyway?? These annoying ads telling me to do something Ive already done also prevent a quick boot of the app into operational mode. I refuse to make any more purchases until iRig do something about their commission breath that is so pungent!! Shame. Especially as the products themselves are good.

There is a serious problem with this application.. When you move the "postion cursor" and play it is not in sync with the actual recorded wave. For ex.. You move the cursor to 1:25 and play.. it actually plays another section against the running cursor... it only plays (works) properly when you play the recording from the top..thats the only time your cursor is in sync ! Fix this please ... you are a pro Audio company.. this is a very basic amateur error ! ThX

If you want to record static, this is the app for you. Steer clear of this garbage

I dont like the fact that I need to create a user account with them for some functions to work or to see the user manual. I already paid my $5!!! It should be completely functional without requiring a registration. Anyway, I just created a new account and consistently get a "Unable to authenticate user" message. Other than that It seems like a great alternative to iAudition (which, by the way, does not require jumping through hoops to get full functionality). I know its a 1.0 version, so i will update review and rating when it works as it should and the registration bug is fixed.

This app seems to be pretty good but after paying for and registering it I cant open any of the processors .It shows me being registered and all available apps loaded but they wont open. Other than that not bad.

Overall a good app. Does what it says, even gives you a little tutorial manual. Registration is a little hassle, and shouldnt be there cuz of the price of the app, but I had no problems. Would like to have ability to MMS my recordings. Maybe I missed it? Thanks.

This might be a great program, but they made me angry when they turned on "Background Audio" settings with no warning. It was stuck with a red banner across the top of my screen and I couldnt turn the program off, it was stuck on all the time. I finally had do a search on the internet to find out how. You shouldnt have to search on the internet to figure out how to turn something off. It should come off and maybe suggest it in a suggestion and tell you how to turn it off. I spent the money on the Microphone, and another $5 for this app. I hope it was worth it, they already made me very angry.
